Haloumi has a robust texture and deeply savoury flavour. Its capacity to be grilled, barbecued or fried without losing its shape has made it such a must have in the fridge.
Cooking instructions :
Slice into 1cm thick slices. Pan fry over media hear for 1 minutes until both sides are lightly golden and centre is soft. Keep refrigerated at 1-50c, consume within 3 days of opening.
Paneer is a fresh, unsalted white cheese. It is very versatile, and an all-time favourite ingredient especially in Indian cuisine.
Cooking Instructions :
Pan fry until golden brown and serve warm.
Serving suggestions:
Cut into 1/2 inch cubes, season with red chili,salt,sugar,cumin,tandoori spices,ginhger,garlic and fresh coriander. Mix with natural yogurt. Pan fry and serve immediately.
