Hungarian sausages made from Fresh Local Pork and spices. Natural casings are used to encaged the gravy and taste in each sausage. The meat is textured and it enhanced with a mild sourish taste. This sausage is definitely tasty and you can enjoy the taste of Mediterranean in every bite. It is best to thaw in boiling method until half cooked and fry or grill method over medium-high heat until the sausage browned.
Mushroom Meatball-Hearty chunks of mushrooms give this firm meatball a balanced meaty-vegetarian flavour.
Cooking Method:
i. Boil for around 10 minutes until the meatballs float.
ii. Fry at 180°C for 3 minutes.
iii. Steam for 10-15 minutes using high heat after water is boiled.
iv. Thread the meatballs into skewers and barbecue until heated through and golden brown.
