With Nisshin Karaage Flour, you will achieve a crunchy and at the same time juicy karaage (or Japanese style fried chicken). This flour mix flavour was developed with the help of a Japanese restaurant who won the grand prize of Karaage.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
1. Put 100cc water and 1 pack karaage powder/flour in the bowl and mix well.
2. Cut 500g chicken into bite-sized pieces, dress them with the mixture in the bowl for 30 seconds, and leave them for 10 minutes.
3. Deep fry the chicken pieces for 3 to 4 minutes on hot oil at 170 to 180 degree. NOTE: Do not put many pieces of chicken at the same time in order to avoid the oil temperature to go down. You need 3 to 4 cm of oil depth.
