The best butter made anywhere in the world. The milk for Bordier Butter comes only from selected local farmers in Brittany, France who’s cows are strictly grass fed.
Secondly, the butter is made extremely slowly, it takes 3 days. Most butter is made immediately after milking.
Lastly, the butter is kneaded slowly with a special wooden machine (only one exists in the world). This machine gives the butter its signature flavour ands silky texture. It’s almost cheese like – just insanely delicious.
