This Half-Baguette is made with a traditional recipe using Label Rouge wheat flour resulting in a pale cream interior. The usage of fermented dough gives the Baguette more depth of flavour. The soft interior and thin-crust makes the baguettine ideal as a sandwich-bread.

Oven Method: Run cold water over frozen eel until the packet becomes loose. Open packet slide eel onto a baking pan and cover with foil. Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 15 minutes.
